I just didn't like this location neither just like almost all the other McDonald's that I have been to. Mainly because there are... evil and can't give me a perfectly correct order. I passed by this location randomly walking from downtown Washington DC toBethesda,MD where I was staying. They refused to give me sauce with my order yet I had requested for it as part of my order. ButI really never expect much other than getting what I don't expect because that is what I must get until am done looking for the144,000 saints. There I will expect God to give me good things and only God gives good things. There is absolutely NO ONE who isgood/God, that is why I have been getting disorderly meals/orders/things everywhere I have been to. There is absolutely NO ONE IHAVE MET ANYWHERE THAT IS CONSISTENT always. God wanted to make sure that what is written in the Bible is fullfilled. Not untilI have found God then I won't get good things and not a single person out there has the authority to be able to give me goodthings. I nolonger look for good things but rather imperfect things/orders and there, am never disappointed since there areeverywhere. Now am almost done and all the good things anywhere will be mine soon. Back to the review, please stay away fromthis location since they couldn't serve me an orderly meal even when they didn't know me since I had never been there before. Read more
Sorry I had to take off some stars. The last few times we've visited this place have been unpleasant. First off there's too many... dirty homeless people. Then the kiosk doesn't give the receipt. Wait time is too long. And it's getting dangerous. We'll beskipping this place for now on. Sad this place used to be good. Read more
I placed an order and my order was ready in less than 5 minutes. I noticed a young black teen standing in the pickup line... waiting for his order while I was in the place order line. When they called my number I asked the staff person what happened tohis order because they were calling all the orders after me. I decided to sit down and watch how they handled his order. Theynever apologized to him and still called other order numbers before his. The staff person roughly out his bag on the counter andhe checked his order and asked them 3 times for mayo and ketchup. She then literally threw it in his bag. That was sodisrespectful! Racial profiling at McDonalds across from Silver Spring Metro. I recorded the interaction and going to send tomanagement who I believe was also part of the problem. Who knows how long that child would have been standing there and none ofthem bothered to ask what was his number? Very dirty place! A lot of people, you won't be able to eat in peace... the food is absolutely not tasty, except for the... potatoes. Read more
Our order was wrong, we paid for a lot more food than we got. Attempts to explain this were meet with shrugs. Don't use the... kiosks, better yet, go some place else. Read more
The place itself was 3 or 4 stars, but there was this lady working there!!!!!! (I can't believe I forgot her name!) WONDERFUL... person! Super nice to the kids (ALL kids! You can tell she loves kids!), caring with every costumer, taking a moment to help youfind good deals.... she seems like the kind of person who finds joy in every situation and just makes your normal day magical!We LOVED our experience (despite no toilet paper in the store) 100% because of her! ? They gave me two sprites that had no syrup at all - just carbonated water. A few weeks before this they handed me an icecream... sunday that was melted all over and spilled around the cup. it had spilled everywhere in my car before I could even pull out ofthe drivethru.
