This place SLAPS! The food is incredible (and a great value), and I love the "spotless deli" atmosphere. The staff are very nice... and efficient. Be prepared to park far away and walk if you can't find a spot, though, because the street parking fills up fast. Read more

Fun little place for a weekend breakfast ? soccer is playing on TV, families are chilling together having breakfast, and it?s a... cozy little atmosphere inside. Nothing fancy or gourmet, but more so comfort food if that?s more your speed. Read more

Delicious and authentic. Came on a Sunday late afternoon and the place was packed and take out was continuous. Service slow.... Place dirty but must have been hard to keep up with so many people. Read more

Pollo con queso was good. That?s all I ever get from here. They have a full menu of El Salvadoran food and groceries. I will try... something new next time I?m in the area. This place can actually be called a pupuseria they have allot of flavors, allot ofplaces would be called pupuseria and have 3 flavors. Parking is hard to find. Read more

It?s a shame that most people haven?t ever experienced the joy that is the humble pupusa. And in my opinion, nobody does them... better than La Casita. I?ve been here plenty of times within the past year, and it?s always consistently great. Not only aretheir pupusas the best, but all of their entrees and sides are excellent. I recommend the Pechuga Asada for sure, but all oftheir entrees are great as well. The value here is excellent, as entrees come with two sides and a homemade tortilla. Also, make sure to try both pupusa types - corn and rice flour. The corn is more traditional but the rice in my opinion has acrunchier texture, which I typically prefer. There?s usually a decent wait for your food but that?s because everything isreally made to order. And they?re also always busy, especially with takeout orders. Read more

A hidden gem in Silver Spring/Takoma Park. This is the best location of the chain. A family friendly restaurant with plenty of... seating and a little market. The food here is amazing and ON POINT. They have great frescas, smoothies and horchata. Favoritesinclude... Sopa de Mariscos Sopa de Res Pupusa Vege Mixta Shrimp/Carne Asada Taco Salad All the pupusas are delicious andfresh. You can tell they are made to order. Next time around, I'm trying the tamales. They looked amazing. Prices are soreasonable! Service is good. The food takes forever so don't walk in hangry. But the wait is well worth it because everythingcomes out piping hot, fresh and always delicious. This location is the best in my opinion compared to the others. Read more
