Reviews for Fairland Market and Ethiopian Restaurant in Silver Spring, MD
Two stars because they have great shiro and berbere with fair price. Would love to give them 0 when it comes to the teff/taff I... bought. It?s a health hazard and I reported it and nothing they could do to resolve. I wish I know where to take the teff Ibought for laboratory exam. I can definitely tell it?s not real edible flour though. The brand was Tizita - claimed importedfrom Ethiopia. I have used that brand for long time which I used to buy from Nazret (a good store) and had not experienced anyproblem with it. I will never buy taff from them again. I will always get it from Nazret, Read more

When I went back to... complain, I noticed 3 dead bugs on or under the tables ( dead fly on the table, a dead ROACH and dead spider under 2 differenttables). I wish I had noticed before. I can?t imagine what the kitchen looks like. So gross Read more

The worst Ethiopian food I have ever had. No offense to that sweet lady but she cannot cook. I actually was driving when I... called to order and thought I had ordered at Ahadu Restaurant then realized it was a different place but I never thought thefood would be that bad here. The injera was just falling apart too. It was dry and breaking into pieces. The vegetables, I don'teven want to talk about it. Just threw it in the trash. They need to hire a cook or just stick to selling wine. For goodEthiopian food try Ahadu. Read more
