Food is OK. Service was a little slow but everyone was doing their best to serve everyone.
Since a lot of people like to write reviews whe n they have something to complain about, I figure to write positive experience... to balance things out. Everyone knows the food at dunkin donuts, so this is about the service. I came on sunday at 11am peakhour. The line was out to the door and place was packed (albeit with post pandemic distancing norms). They got to me extremelyfast and my order was ready within minutes. Want coffee? Wanna wait 15-20 minutes for it? How about a small waiting area where you can get up close and personal with 10-15... strangers ans screaming kids? Then you'll love this place! Enjoy. Read more
Worst dunkin I?ve gone to. The person who took my order was incredibly slow and mess up my change many times. I literally told... her how much she should give me for change she told me she?ll look at the computer and yet somehow still gave me the wrongamount. Coffee was also flavorless, tasted like water and sugar that?s it. Read more
Their coffee tastes absolutely terrible. No matter what I get, everything is watered down and has a strange after taste. It's as... if I'm drinking coffee flavored water. The workers are pretty slow and aren't that helpful when you aren't sure what to get. Read more
Really friendly staff. I visit this location sometimes on the weekends. Food and beverages come out rather quickly. My Dunkin'... Donuts rewards always work. There is plenty of parking in this lot. Read more
My experience today was outstanding! The young lady in the hijab had amazing customer service, made my drink quickly /accurately... and is a model employee for how she treats customers. I think her name is Veronica. Thank you so much for making my experiencewonderful today! I drive for the Metro and go to Dunkin' Donuts everyday for my green tea, and the bathroom here was nice andclean. Great job guys, keep it up! Read more
