The food is always soooo good!
Bad review because never got burger to review, but do know customer service very poor. Manager never appologized or... acknowledged they messed up. Went after football game one of first groups there all of party ordered whole table got foodexcept for me. Waited they all finished eating i went up to register to inquire about why my food never came was told they hadalot of people, i told them i know but I ordered a long time ago and my whole table had been served but i had not gotten myfood, was told it would come. Then lady in kitchen yelled to register give her a refund, he did. I inquired did that mean theyweren't giving me hamburger, was told they would bring it. Was there1 1/2 never got hamburger. I guess that meant order neverturned in? So I left. Will probably never go back got the feeling they could care less. Read more
I ordered one thing. A glass of tea. It was hotter than hell and had spoiled. I couldn't even drink the one thing I ordered. The... woman that was with me ordered onion rings, she couldn't eat those because they were so fishy tasting that she couldn't tastethe onion. We didn't spend enough to complain about, so it was our loss. plus the noise levels are beyond being able to sit downand enjoy your food, it's more like a bar than a restaurant. We both agreed that it's not worth going back to this place. Itscomparable to a McDonald's that serves alcohol, just another drunk grease pit. Read more
Always good but over priced..my bbq basic price was 8.99 turned into 15.00 just to add cheese, chives, and sour cream. I did... get extra meat which was only 2.00 more! But 15.00 ..please Read more
We love the food here. Even if the place is crowded food orders come out fairly quick. There is an outside sitting area that is... covered where you can smoke if you want. The restrooms could use some work, but are not nasty just needs updates. Overall is agreat place for large group meetings or small dinners. Read more
We've always loved Novoroskys. We've never had a bad experience except for this time. We were the only customers yet it was... nearly 50 minutes before we received our food. We ordered two small chicken strips and a chicken sandwich. After 50 minutes, Iinquired about it and they gave me the chicken strips but had yet to cook the sandwich. When I receive the sandwich, ten minuteslater, it was burned and inedible. We didn't have a good experience. Read more
The food is wonderful, combine that with well kept facilities and you get a wonderful over all experience. The portions are also... large, but I myself found the menu items a little pricey. But we keep going back! The sweet potato fries are a must! Read more
My first time being here, and eating their food. I must say I'm very very impressed. First off! To start with I ordered the full... order beef nachos, then I ordered the Large Chicken fried steak platter. Well let's just say I found out as soon as the Nachoscame up, I was going to take the chicken platter to go.. my lord these nachos are huge and very well prepared.
