Today, 9/2/22 a group of ladies...19 in all met to eat lunch. There were only two waitresses or waiters working tables .....and... we had the best waiter. I didn?t get his name but he did a fabulous job taking care of all our drinks, meals and came to checkon us often. Food was delicious as always. We love Rib Crib here in Siloam, happens to be the only place in town that really serves bbq! They are always good, the service... is always good and there's not usually too long of a wait! We all love their BBQ sauce as well, the regular, the spicy and theCarolina flavors - all of them are really tasty!! Their meat is always good - we like their pulled pork and their chicken thebest, as well as their macaroni and cheese side! (Yum!!). They also have a pretty good selection of beers on tap and decentdrink specials on occasion. We've been to other Rib Cribs and the others haven't been as good of food or good service as thisone here. Went with my daughter and her friend. The service was great. There was a LOT of food on each plate. Everything tasted great.
Not as good as it once was. Our first time there in a year or so. Ribs tasted like straight barbecue rub ... no smokey flavor at... all. I could have done that at home in the oven and saved the $58. Had to send back the mac n cheese. It had a sour spoiledflavor and was barely warm ... not at safe serving temperature. Ordered fries to substitute. They arrived 15 minutes later whenwe were practically finished with the meal. We may try other Rib Crib locations, but Siloam Springs is a no go for us. UPDATEto the owner response: We are sure your "intention" is to satisfy each customer. And that probably happens, much of the time.But our recent experience was simply a matter of on-site management failing to properly execute an order, or perhaps uppermanagement failing to execute effective training. I ordered the rib dinner and only got 3 little ribs with not much meat on them. The margarita was good though.
This was some DANG fine food! Being a Texas boy this BBQ was on point! The ribs were fall off the bone good and the sides were... excellent. The wait staff was attentive and very friendly. Can't wait to go back to Siloam to eat here again. Read more
Excellent food, super fast and friendly service, and at a very reasonable price. Couldn't ask for anything more than that!
