The food we received tonight in the drive thru was unfit to eat. The chicken tenders were like rubber and the chicken was not... done. The fries were cold and stale. I was so disappointed especially after paying $21 for 2 meals we had to throw in thetrash. We ended up at Arby's to get a decent meal while traveling which slammed our pocket book having to pay for 2 moredinners. Popeyes in Siloam Springs...we won't be back ???? Read more
Popeyes spicy chicken and they have ran out of spicy that is incompetence. I went through drive through last night about 6 pm,... and was told it's a 20 minute wait to cook more spicy. When it's getting low cook more so you don't run out it's that simple. Read more
Manager Michael was unwilling to sub biscuit for another side due to food allergy. Broken menu screens, ask for paper menu and... they don't have any. No Coke Zero. I'm a little disappointed in this location. They still had another half hour till close and refuse to cook more food to fill my... family's order. They said that since they close in a half hour they will not cook more food. I'm sorry but that is not goodcustomer service in the slightest. We will not be eating at this location ever again.
