Half the time my order is either made wrong or I didn't receive my whole order. And if your in a hurry, don't stop here, the... drive through by line is slow as can be and if you go inside good luck getting help. But once you get your food and assumingit's correct it's generally pretty good. These people sucked here. They were not busy. The fries they gave were extremely salty. And my 2 double cheeseburgers were just... slapped together all sideways. Really? You could put it all together properly with only me in the line? No one was behind me orInfront of me. And I could see the workers just standing around inside doing nothing. OMG, This is by far the best Mc Donald's in the Country! I visited this restaurant at 10:00 on a Friday night. I bought two... regular hamburgers, a double quarter pounder, two large fries, apple pies and drinks. There were about a dozen cars in the drivethru when I walked in. My order was ready almost as soon as I finished fixing the drinks. My thoughts about this quick servicewas wrong. I had to have visited the Twilight Zone. Everything was Perfectly made and all the cars that were in the drive thruwere gone. Amazing! Read more
This place is disgusting. It's never clean. The food is usually either cold, nor fully cooked or drenched in salt to the point... you can't eat it. The tea you never know when it was made, as shown in the picture, it always smells like mildew in there. Andmold in the drains, as shown in picture. Employees are rude most of the time. And when I've ordered Doordash something is alwayswrong. Once we received a half eaten donut instead of a cinnamon roll. Another time there was hair in my fries. Another timethey forgot stuff and never got replaced. The manager said she knew they packed it. I use to love this place. It's wentdownhill. 0 stars if I could. Read more
It used to be so nice in this McDonald's. But lately, every time we come inside it is so DIRTY. Trash on AND under half the... tables. Never a clean table and IF it is clean its just grease diluted and smeared around. The trash cans are overflowing. Thewater pressure in the mens bathroom needs to be a Mr. Bean episode because it sprays too hard in the bowl and splashes onto yourpants. Speaking of pants, if you want to keep your pants clean you have to get extra napkins to wipe the seats off before youcan sit down. The food quality isn't bad. Booth seating is all torn up and not taken care of. Trash all over lobby floor! Trays at trash bins not gathered up and male and... female bathrooms are completely disgusting and trash built up under ice cream machine! Lobby floors are also slick and not safe.Lobby booth seats also sticky with food debris! Can see streaks on tables. Dead flies in floor of Lobby! Read more
The guy at the window misheard my order so I ended up with 2 happy meals and 2 extra sodas....so I needed a refund for one happy... meal and 2 sodas. The manager Terri came out and was polite and helpful. She handled the issue professionally. She asked aboutwhat went wrong and why! I was very impressed! This store was so nasty from the bathrooms to the store front! The floor was so greasy I actually had to get the attention of... an employee mind you that was hard in itself to do. All the employees were in the back laughing and chatting away while a lineof customers were waiting for thier food. Tables were nasty with soda and condiments all over them. I brought my 2 year oldgranddaughter to play in the indoor playground and she couldnt even do that. If I had my way I would give no stars and amappalled that management allows this to happen. I worked in the food industry for 6 years and never have I had such rudeemployees or such nasty conditions. Read more
