They don't normally have hot and ready when I walk in but if I order ahead they don't disappoint.

Order the deep dish pizza it was clearly undercooked vegetables were cold. When I called address the situation the young man... that answered the phone argued with me and said something about sticking his fingers in our food regardless of whether he did ornot is very unprofessional and uncalled for. Horrible customer service! I walked in and stood there for about 5 minutes before the gentlemen came to assist me. This was... after I made eye contact with the two female employees making pizza. I then asked the gentleman if he had any hot and readypizzas and he said nothing. I then asked what he had ready , he then nothing. How can you advertise ?Hot and ready pizza? andnot be ready.
