The process to redeem a reward is inconvenient through the app. I asked for extra mayo, but it was barely regular. The mayo... packets were free when requested for more. The employees were friendly and courteous. I appreciate that because last year I hadproblems with the manager who was training a new employee. She changed the trash can and handled food for drive through orderwithout washing her hands or wearing gloves. She yelled and me and threw her hands in the air and lied to me about washing herhands when I watched her NOT wash her hands. Read more

The sub was typical Jimmy John's but it was definitely not "Freaky Fast" by any stretch. Stopped in quick for a simple BLT for... my son. I stood in an empty resturant for 10 plus minutes! I should have been and expected to be in and out in under 2 minutes. Read more
Ordered 2 unwhiches today for delivery. Our store is only 2.3 miles from the store and it took over an hour to deliver 7 minutes... away. If they had said they were understaffed or something we would understand but nothing was said about it. So if you likewaiting for over an hour for your sandwich be my guest. Just save your $4 and drive and get it yourself and maybe it'll bequicker. Also for reference I'm posting this right after I got the order so it shows on the receipt in the photo when the orderwas taken and when it got here.
