Well for starters it says they open at 6 on both the drive through window and online, well I showed up at 6 am on 9/11/22 with... two people inside and no one would answer the phone or take my order so we did a drive around so they would see us and they didas we drive past the front windows they looked up and looked right at us and went back to screwing around so I went back to thedrive through and still no one took our order and so I called again and no one answered again. The service was quick the lobby was clean and the burger was good and the fries hot. For fast food today it was good.
Your current overall rating is 3.7 out of 5. When that happens, you need to pay more attention to customer service. Today I... ordered ahead on the app. One item, the frozen cherry, was out of stock. Okay, that happens. I was offered icee alternatives anddid not like either. I asked for the approximately priced soda. The shift manager, Reyna, informed me this would cost more, thenhad her worker give me two icees of a different flavor that I said I did not want. I was totally confused. I asked again, justgive me medium drinks. She refused because it would cost a few cents more than what I had prepaid. Less than a dollar combinedfor two. I asked Reyna why she would want to charge me more for the nearest priced replacement to the item not in stock afterthere was not only an out of stock item but items given me I said again I did not want, but again she would not budge. Indisbelief, I asked for a refund. No business should make money off of that kind of leadership. She said, surprise, no. She saidit was because I paid on the app. I said she could give me money out of the register for what I paid and that I was not movinguntil she did. And when she handed the money to me, and I asked her name, she said I could call the store about her. I asked,why, for a few cents, when you yourself made a human error, would you rather lose the business of a loyal customer altogether?Remember when a restaurant that messed up gave you a certificate for fries or an ice cream cone? Gone. She again said I couldcontact the store. Reyna, your bottom line is people, and because you did not understand that, you not only lost money by notowning up to a human mistake, but now you have invited this review of how far and how fast this store has suddenly fallen in myview, when the review average shows it can't really afford to do so. Love the staff and the impossible burger! I have an allergy to beef and can't even have my impossible burger touch other areas... that real beef has been. The food is always fresh and delicious! Before I placed my order with doordash, I called this location because I couldn?t order the item that I wanted because the app... didn?t allow it. I spoke with Robert and he assured me that he would assure that I would get the item I wanted. I got my orderand just as he promised, I got the item that I wanted!
