Reviews for Pizza Inn in Sikeston, MO
Business was slow, so the pizzas were older.once a few more people began to come in, they did cook a couple more pizzas. By then... we had to go to make our appointment. At the price for the buffet, you would think if customers come in, you make some pizzas. Read more
First night of fall break we stopped in Sikeston for the night. Ordered and had delivered to our hotel. Evident that crust was... made fresh. We had the Meaty Max. Super good. Delivery came earlier than projected which was very nice for tired travelers. Would definitely recommend. Read more
Maybe it is more for community eating. But this was a horrible experience. We were told that the buffet would close in ten... minutes and they wouldn't be restocking anything, before we were greeted or shown to our table. We passed up on three tablesthat were empty but still un busted. Before finally choosing the cleaner forth option there. Our drinks were clearly out ofsyrup. But delivered to our table. Then had to find out server to fix the drinks. Charged full price for some seriously driedstale pizza. Yep we stayed it our choice and clearly it Ll be choosing dominoes next time. Read more
I ordered a cheese burger pizza and some pepperoni twists off door dash. To find out one of you slick MFers threw some chicken... bites in a pizza box. Read more
One bite of this thin crust pizza took me all the way back to my childhood... The pizza on the pizza buffet was fresh and well... stocked... If you've never had the taco pizza... it's yummy Read more
I used to come here all the time but I?m sick of the mess ups. I usually get a chicken bacon ranch pizza- the last three times I... have had a problem. First time it was burnt, the crust snapped like a twig, I didn?t return it because they were super busy andI understand under all that stress mess ups will happen. Second time I didn?t notice till I got home that they had forgotten toput tomato?s on it, I was already home so I just ate it anyway. Now this third time I made sure to check before leaving- theyforgot the tomato?s again. Sent my fiancé back in with it- they threw cold raw tomato?s on top of the warm pizza and gave itback to him (I can not eat raw tomato?s due to a citric acid sensitivity). This is ridiculous. Concerned about food safety here - I've just watched them serve new pizza by sliding them (on their baking paper) onto the used... pans, and put the dirty serving utensils under the new pizza. A literally encrusted (chocolate?) spatula went under a freshpizza. Our waitress brought our drinks and never came back. Never got a bill. Really surprised this place can stay inbusiness. Read more
I rarely, if ever, volunteer a critique of a restaurant, and then only if I was superbly delighted in the dining experience. But... I feel that a warning should be posted to warn local, but never dined there, and visitors to Sikeston. The waitress took mydrink order and just left to do other stuff. Apparently, she assumed I was there for the buffet and would go up and help myself. Not being familiar with the establishment I sat in my seat drinking the soda I ordered and waited for her to see if I wanted amenu or the buffet. I got tired of waiting after 10 minutes and approached her to see what the procedure was. She told me tohelp myself to the buffet. I did. I chose spaghetti and a slice each of 2 of the only pizza varieties on the buffet. I wouldhave assumed that there would be quite a bit to offer since it was only 11:15am, way before the normal lunch crowd would arrive.I took a bite of the spaghetti and I can truthfully say my 8-year old grandson can make a better tasing batch. One of the pizzaslices was so salty I couldn?t get past the first bite. Not good for anyone with blood pressure problems. Their idea of a saladselection was at best a pitiful joke; just lettuce and a couple of salad toppings. There was a prepared tray of a salad thatdidn?t look very appetizing. Lucky for them (and I do wish them well) there were several of what had to be regulars who seemedto be enjoying themselves; otherwise, I don?t see how they can remain in business. Read more
