The last time I ordered from dominoes, the pizza must?ve been flipped upside as the toppings were stuck to the top of the box. ... I decided to try again?it?s been MONTHS and they left off one of the three toppings. There was barely any of the second topping.It was supposed to be a large Brooklyn style and it?s a regular medium. We tried to order pizzas online, via a phone and then tried again on a desktop. Both times we got all the way to the payment... page, hit send, and then had an error. So, we tried to call in, but the automated ordering system couldn't find the coupons wewanted to use. After 40 minutes of frustration, we decided to buy and cook frozen pie instead. Read more
Ordered delivery from this Domino?s 3 times and 2 of those times they left my order on someone else?s doorstep. I even called... before they left the neighborhood so they could bring the pizza to the correct address and they said nope, I?d have to waitanother 40 minutes so they could remake the whole thing. When I cancelled my order and complained all I got was a refund, nodiscount for next time or anything. They didn?t seem to care that they wasted an hour and a half of my time. Now I?m done withthis place for delivery or pickup. Bad service EDIT - The store responded to my review asking that I contact customer service.I did so very politely 3 weeks ago and have heard nothing back. I have always Domino's, but recently haven't made order in a while. Probably because one of my favorite sides is no longer part... of the menu. I love Domino's Plain Wings, they are great to have with either a Sub or a Pizza. Why aren't there any Plain Wingsanymore? Read more
We've been ordering from this Domino's for several years now, and have never had a problem. Most companies have problems with... their website ordering, but not Domino's! The employees are usually kind, and prices are reasonable for a good product. Read more
