11/10/22 Waited in Linea oddly long time for fast food. Screwed up my order 2nd night in a row. Fired food has very bitter... after taste probably from cooking in dirty oil. PLEASE REPLACE THE OIL IN YOURE FRYER. Read more
AVOID AT ALL COST. Especially at night. If Osvaldo is taking your order, expect it to be wrong. If you want respect when... correcting their mistake, don't hold your breath. If you like your drinks without the servers fingers in them, don't order itwithout ice. They will literally put their hand in your beverage to remove the ice, and then try and guilt you about ordering itthat way. Why would I go out of my way to respond to a very obvious "cut and paste" response my the "owner" to go to Jack InThe Box's website and fill out yet another survey. You need to get your $hit together and manage your team better instead ofgetting customers to fill out online forms. Clearly, Osvaldo need more food handling training, and the manager who responds toonline reviews should be a bit more sincere about their responses than "go to this website so we can escalate this issue".Because if I do, you're name will be on the list of people that need more training. The male at drive thru window at night shift got my order wrong . Im a nurse also work night i understand . But this has not... been the only time with this person. I was the only one left in line at 3AM , ordered a cheeseburger combo and paid . While atthe window this man always make me feel uncomfortable with his presence and trying to make eye contact everytime when paying andrecieving my order . On top of that instead of listening what condiments i wanted ,he's non stop chatting and laughing withanother coworker in the back. Im exhausted! I leave and see i do not have what i ordered .
