Awful service!! Barista told me they are not supposed to blend my drink when I?ve had this same drink blended at other... locations. Oct 29th @6:00pm. The location next to them inside of Target, now they are awesome, friendly, unlike the one?s insideof Fry?s. They will make your drink exactly how you want it. The baristas are super friendly. They always have great coffee and tea flavors!!!! I just wish the prices were better.
Always enjoy grabbing a drink from Starbucks. Never had a problem & I get it made the way I want.
This place is a circus. They are always out of ingredients...and they are located in a grocery store lol. It seems like the... ladies working there are always in a bad mood and i really dont remember them ever making my drink right. Our last straw wasplacing an order on line said our order would be done in 30m....went to the kiosk in safeway and its closed...there was a signthat said closed for a month...They didnt even take the responsibility to shut down the online option so they are still takingmoney lol. I've had terrible experiences the last few times I've gone. The staff doesn't acknowledge you and seem to avoid taking orders.... I had a mobile order for pickup and I had to wait about 5 minutes for them to notice me and hand me my drink. There were also nocustomers at the time. The Target starbucks is 1000x better. Read more
Isabel and Liz were kind and pleasant; however another worker whose name tag was skewed something -Anna and she had a spider... tattoo on her neck, was condescending and abrasive. I?ve had an encounter with her before and she was the same way so it?s not aone off. She clearly has attitude issues. I don?t expect to be treated like royalty, but some kindness Isn?t so much to ask. Read more
The scheduling manger needs to get a good talking to. How do you only have two people on a shift that gets busy and both of them... are practically new. They didn?t have to say they were new but it was completely obvious that they struggling from not knowingthe flow of things. While one knew more than the other, they still didn?t have enough experience to run a busy shift on theirown. The poor girls were struggling. That?s why I?m giving 3 stars because the employees were nice and they were trying to keepthings in order. If it were any other experienced employee that was being lazy, I would have given 1 star. The drink took 35minutes to be made and was super sweet like the mixture ratios were off. I didn?t expect much after seeing the girls struggling.Which, again, the scheduling manager needs a good talking to about scheduling. Read more
