I ordered a meal for the entire family, and one ice cream. Was told the ice cream machine not working. I stated I paid so what... next, was told to talk with manage but not here today so I can ask for refund with customer service though the app. I did so andthey requested a copy of my receipt, they contacted the store and store said nothing wrong with the ice cream machine and I wasgiving everything on my order. My order was over $55 for food and .99 for one ice cream cone. Why would I even go back if theygoing to cheat this way. How many others they do this too? .99 every few cars adds up! Read more
Most of the eating establishments in Sierra Vista have been a huge disappointment, but Sonic remains a top contender. It is all... to do with the service. The food is good, average fast food, but the sonic blasts are great. We always get an Oreo Sonic Blast,extra oreos, and after the first time of saying just smother it in oreos, I have yet to be disappointed. The short female, withthe forearm tattoo is the bomb, and even added more oreos when she saw it was me today. She is definitely top notch in customerservice and will keep us coming back for going above and beyond. Read more
Food is always great but the drive through speaker is busted and has been for over a year. This is our only local Sonic so I... stop by randomly all the time. I personally only use the drive-thru and never pull up to parking spot. It's been over a year andmanagement still has not repaired the drive-through speaker. It is insanely quiet and staticky and you can barely hear theperson taking your order. Read more
I go here whenever I have a sad day at work. The best time to go is 7:30pm, since you might catch the shift with Diante on it.... Diante and all of the guys that work with him always read out my order to me including all the adjustments I made, so I knowit's perfect. They're so friendly to me and my food's always prepared with care and attention, and that's what I need when I'mgetting comfort food. A++++ Read more

The service was quick and friendly. Signed up for text deals and got a free large slush with any purchase in app.... My Dr.... Pepper had much more than the easy ice requested and one cherry is not what I'd expect when ordering add real cherry + extrareal cherries but the cherry limeade slush was on point. I'll be back Thursday for 50 cent corn dogs. Read more
