The service and quality went down in the past couple years. Never any Hot & Ready and the place is filthy. I called in my order... and they told me 15-20min. I get there ten minutes after my call. They tell me 8min. Half an hour later I told them I'm going toPappa John's. Suddenly my pizza was ready and they bring my order and got it wrong. The employee was rude, and it took one hour to receive the food. The Pizza was cold and the Chicken wings were cold and hard as... a Rock, plus they were supposed to be Buffalo Hot Wings. They served them plain and tried to make us pay a second time afterwaiting in the front the entire time and acted like we didn't pay. They won't even start an order until you pay first.
