I have ordered several times from here and no problems. But the one time they screwed up my order and sent me a sub without any... meat. So I called and let them know my kids sub was not what I ordered and they refused to fix the problem and offer a new suband they also refused to refund the money for the sub they messed up on. Basically super bad customer service and in the endthey will not fix their mistakes and will make you pay for something you never ordered but will happily take more money from youto replace what you already paid for. Terrible customer service. I will not order from this store again nor would I recommend. Read more
The sandwiches are the same as every other Jimmy John's, the kids that work at this one are so obnoxious makes it hard to eat... there. Never a good experience and they are always rude. If you ask for something to be changed on your order you usually haveto go back up and have them fix it. Shlotzskies down the road has much better service.. Read more
They don't sell sprouts anymore and that makes my heart sad, but their new sliced wheat bread more than made up for it ????... could only be better if their chips didn't have stupid dairy in them. Good sandwiches, removing three stars because of the creepy vibe that my wife and I got. The employees had a phone taped to the... glass window and we're recording with it. You'll see in the pic that I took. It's not at eye level, its down near the floorunderneath the bar style bench, canted upwards. Gave me the feeling that they were trying to get skirt shots. I have been to this location multiple times now. They always do a great job getting through long lines. But typically you can... expect in and out service. Vegetable, meats, and toppings have always been fresh. And of course the service is friendly! I havenever had any issues coming to this particular Jimmy John's. I would recommend it for a quick bite. They do have an outdoorpatio, and a decent size dining room. Read more
first and last time I will eat here. I ordered a 16" roast beef sub with cheese, it had only 4 thin slices of roast beef and 4... thin slices of provolone, I also asked for pickles, it was on my order slip but not on my sub. It wasn't busy, I was the onlyone in the store. It cost 14.50 + 2.00 for the cheese. 16.50 for that........ never again ! Read more
