I got a drink that I get regularly, and I ordered it with light ice. However, when I received it, the entire cup was ice except... for maybe an inch at the top. The cup was so full of ice that within 6 sips the drink was gone, and it was even more ice thanthey put when I don't order light ice. It was too cold for my teeth for me to actually enjoy it (why I get light ice). On top ofthat, the girl who took our order was kind of rude. It was definitely my worst experience at this Dutch, and the most ice I'vegotten in that drink at literally any dutch in the state. Read more
Good coffee, but terrible management of traffic flow. The cars waiting take up a HUGE portion of the shopping center driveway. ... It also takes entirely too long just to get through the drive-through. Sat in a backup of cars for over 20 minutes AFTER havingmy order taken. I was also irritated when the guy who was going to take my order jumped over to the car next to me to taketheir order because they hollered, "Peanut!" and he got all excited and ran over to take his friend's order. The coffee tasted amazing! The drive- thru may seem intimidating due to the long line of cars waiting to be served however, the... process was quick and easy. The baristas and the staff taking the orders on their iPad had excellent customer service skills. Read more
The people are very nice. Long lines and the drinks aren't bad. Just not my favorite recipes. But that's an opinion on taste.... Quality is good. Read more
Love the drinks but severely disappointed that the fast, efficient service has been lacking greatly the last few weeks. No more... bringing drinks out. At least a half hour or more wait in line. Always have to go all the way to the window now. Today, on topof service lacking compared to right after the business opening, my large hot Dirty Chai that was $6.25 has now raised to $7.01.I gave the girl at the window $7.00 for my coffee and was shocked that it went up that much. Way too excessive of a surpriseincrease! I know the owners are raking in the $$$. So, I was also shocked that she waited for another dollar instead of justputting in the penny. What a shame! The staff always greets is with a smile, and a readiness to serve. They add value to the experience, and insight to the menus... offering options for newcomers. We've become regulars there and always look forward to going again. Fastest drive thru serviceI've experienced and most friendly staff by far. Coffee is pretty tasty. Employees, though young, seem to be nice and polite too. My real gripe is how they pressure you to tip.... I can only remember coming here twice and not being pressured. Some are more casual and nonchalant about it while others justkeep at it and make it feel weird. It?s starting to become rather uncomfortable and frankly, it?s a real turn off to the point Ialmost don?t even want to come back. While I don?t mind giving a tip for good service, please don?t force me and don?t make itweird. Sometimes I don?t want to tip or spend any extra money particularly when I spend almost $30 on coffee and treats. Read more
Not a fan of this place. To me all of the drinks taste the same. If it?s a rebel they all taste like red bull and the rest of... the drinks like melted vanilla ice cream. Lines are way to long. Not impressed with what I have tasted there so far. Nicefriendly staff though! Read more
