Absolute, worst service, and biggest waste of time in my life. I started by trying to call about the limited time ghost pepper... whopper, I kept calling back for an hour and a half, with no answer, so I had to waste gas to drive there, just to find out thatthey were out of the burger, and when I asked about why no one was answering the phone, the employee told me they were justsimply too busy. I have never seen a business too busy to answer a phone for an hour when that?s part of your job. Read more

Got the spicy whopper with none of the spicy ingredients. Pretty sure they ran out and they?re still selling it up for the up... charge and praying nobody reports them. Horrible service and horrible people. If this place got prosecuted the general managerwould probably serve jail time. Read more

Had situation on the app yesterday 10/07/2022 about 4:5PM. It froze after I made a purchase for $6.50 , while I was in the... Drive-Thru, told the order taker about it,.. and she said unless I had coupon I could not get that rate "No problem - I can ringthem up seperately then said a price that sounded similar by a $1 more or less. Got to the window and the price was like$13.75 or so! The cashier was SUPER FLIPPANT about it. bye-bye This morning the receipt appeared in my email. Always something COLD on my hot made to order food!! They keep their breakfast sandwiches for 10 min before they toss em out, so... that means you will be getting an old been sitting there sandwich!! The bacon is not hot it's made days in advance... The peoplethat work there are pathetic. Read more

The lack of A/C made it so hot and so uncomfortable to dine in. The tables aren't clean which is so disgusting. And there is way... too much yelling in the kitchen. Another time I asked the short white lady named Cathey for a remake because I had very blackcharred bun, they took it back in but when I got it back it was the exact same bun. Over all, this is the worst experience I'vehad at this BK. The one in Douglas is so much better and better customer service. Read more

Horrible experience. Tried using the BK app for my son to place an order. The app advertised a discount price for a meal if... ordering using the app. When I went to checkout, there was an "error". Went into the store and they refused to honor the price.The manager on duty said they don't have any affiliation with the app itself and can't help me unless I have a coupon. Might aswell be bait and switch to get us to pay full price at the store! I know enough about retail to know that there's a way to honoradvertised prices with pretty much any retailer. Perfect example of poor customer service and management. Beware! Read more
