Placed an online order to go for a Diablo Chicken Sandwich, Diablo Fries, and a French Dip combo with two pies. The packaging... was sealed at the store but the receipt contained my name and order information. I grabbed it and went home. After opening, Idiscovered I was missing my curly fries and au jus from my French Dip combo. Other than that, the food tasted pretty good. Read more

I personally think this is a great little establishment. Although it is corporate, they are very nice and personable. The food... is always delicious and well priced. I never leave without ringing the bell! Read more

Arby's always has the meal items in stock, staff is helpful and friendly. And most importantly, cherry turnovers!

It was a good Arby's. Nothing new or old about it. The staff didn't do the bell thing so... It's your don't know what that is.... Your ring the bell if you had a good meal and then the staff cheers. I heard the hell and had an awkward silence. Lol funny. Read more

I had ordered a crispy chicken sandwich meal thru their drive thru. When I got home and sat down to eat, the chicken tasted very... dry and tough to chew, like it had been sitting put for awhile. The top bun literally fell apart and the curly fries were verystale and Not hot. Read more

We both had curly fries. It looked as if they scooped up all the scraps and refried them. Nothing but a bunch of small, burnt... pieces. Thank God the Waygu burgers were good. No bell was rung on this day. Read more

Man I can not begin to explain my frustration with the management on site. I called to bring to their attention that in the food... I had ordered had a live cockroach in the sandwich box. We had gone through the drive trough to order. I gave my kids there foodand they started eating but when I opened mine I saw a cockroach moving around in the container. When I got home I called totell them that there was a bug in my food and the manager all he did was tell me that I was lying it was not possible andproceeded to hang up. I was frustrated but with all my might tried to be calm till I was laughed at. I called a second timetrying to reason and see what steps we could take to rectify this but still was told I was lying and they have the cleanestfacility it undergoes rigorous weekly inspections from eco lab. he Would not even consider that in the realm of possibility thata bug could get in to their food. I don't trust myself to go back to the store with the sandwich since he has no intention ofhearing me out so I have pictures of it to share with the internet instead. I gave him the option to talk this one out with mebut he choose not to. If he was decent I would have drove my self back to present the sandwich and little critter to him, butafter his rude backlash I would end up causing a scene witch is not needed. I wish you could give 0 stars he needs to findanother line of work that doesn't involve him dealing with customers. Read more
