Our first time!! Food was yummy. I got the special. Greg got the Doner. Huge portions. I ate lunch and had enough leftover for... Greg to have dinner. Service was amazing....friendly, quick and informative. Atmosphere was nice, a bit small but still feltcomfortable. We brought cake home for later. I did take a bite of the pina colada cake.....yum! We will be back???? Read more

Just maybe the best restaurant I’ve ever been to! The customer service is the very best, several people monitor your needs and... the food comes quickly. I would give it the five stars on service alone but the food is also awesome!\n\nGreat German fare andan large selection of cakes and pastries. They’ve even applied for a liquor license so maybe some good German beer will beavailable in the future!\n\nI highly recommend this restaurant!!!! We will return to this restaurant again and again. We travelfull time and this has made the top of our list! Read more

Working in town for the day and came upon this gem! My husband was quick to accept the suggestion for pretzels and beer cheese... when I went outside for a call. How could he refuse?!\n\nI found my usual salad, but this one was extra good! First, it was aperfect combination of chicken and avocado on lettuce, tomato, cucumber, etc. Everything was incredibly fresh and you couldreally taste the difference!\n\nI kept eating away at that while he took down his plate and we visited with the couple next tous. They seemed to be regulars because they\'d given us suggestions on the food, saying that everything was amazing, how greatthe place was, etc.\n\nThey ended up getting carrot cake and we ordered the lemon cake. Since hubby likes A Lot of lemon, theyeven brought his a few wedges to squeeze over it (when he joked he would do that), which made it even better than it wasalready. The candied lemon peel they also brought...wow!\n\nThe \"little things\" were important also. When they brought 2pretzels rolls and button, the rolls were sliced in half so the pats of butter could warm up between them to soften up. When afew Officers came in and found a table in the corner near us, the waitress told them about another area that would be even morepreferred for them.\n\nWhile we don\'t know when/if we\'ll be back in this area, it\'s guaranteed that we will be back to theAngry German upon our return!! Great food, friendly service, plus a bakery display case full of pastries! Try the pretzel bread with beer cheese to start.... Super fresh soft pretzel rolls with a delicious dipping sauce. We also enjoyed the bratwurst and the slightly sweet German-style potato salad, just like grandma used to make. The generous portions of schnitzel and spaetzel with sourkraut was slatheredin a good brown heavy, which although I had ordered white sauce, was still good. The German chocolate cake was much better thanthe rather dry Nutella and cherry slice we ordered to take home. Get there early for lunch as it fills up quickly! Read more
