Yesterday I ordered the chipotle chicken wrap and a falafel gyro and truffle fries. sadly the food that I had ordered was not... prepared properly as my husband got very I?ll. The cheese on the fries seemed to be the consistency of meat and very chewy. Bythe time we were able to contact the phone goes straight to voicemail saying that there?s no way to contact because thevoicemail isn?t set up. We currently do not have transportation to go back-and-forth to go make a complaint so I making a reviewbut we would like the owner of the shop to contact us immediately as we are requesting a refund. A new way and set up of avoicemail for this business should be made. Their Mediterranean restaurant is known for its modern interpretationof classic dishes and its insistence on only using high quality fresh ingredients. Furthermore, their interior decor andatmosphere was exceptional. They offer a wide variety of food/drinks where prices were reasonable. I ordered their Salmon PlateKebob with rice and salad. Their salmon and rice were soft, warm and taste good. Similarly, their salad was fresh, crunchy andflavorful. Service was on point. Prices were reasonable. Free wifi available. It was my first time here. The chairs were somewhat uncomfortable for the outdoor dining. I didn't realize it was a... do-it-yourself kind of restaurant where they don't take your order at the table as well as having to get your own items like thesalt and pepper, extra napkins, etc from inside. The food was good, but not great. I'm a Mediterranean food lover and I've hadbetter, especially the rice. It lacked flavor. The young lady could have been a little friendlier too.
