Personally I worked at Mi Ranchito, in Sidney. To start this off; when I worked there (which was 1 or 2 weeks ago) they handled... the food horribly. When cooking they don?t wear gloves and they touch it with their hands. Not only that but they are veryunprofessional people. So I would not recommend eating their food. When you give tips to your server, it goes straight to themanager (so make sure if you leave a tip you give it directly to the person you want to give it to). Now the reason I was firedwas for using the bathroom excessive times over a 5h shift. My fiancé was also working there at the time and he was fired fornot showing up. But they specifically told him if he left me, he could have his job back. A very unprofessional place. Badlyhandling food. But I will give them this - they are nice to the customers. Read more
The waitress and Lady behind the cashier were extremely nice. It wasn't even just a workers it was also the customers that made... the whole atmosphere seem so welcoming. Has a trucker I stop and check stuff out. I stopped to check out Cabela's and saw thisrestaurant. A local from the area told me not to go to my first choice and to go to the Mexican restaurant. I'm very gratefulfor the advice. It seemed a lot of the residents frequent this restaurant. It's obvious why. Good food had a good price withgreat service with smiles. We stopped and ate at this restaurant on our way to Arkansas. There were no very many choices closed to the high way so we... picked the first that showed in Google map. We were surprised how taste the food was. We enjoy the salsa very much: it has avery good taste. It has the perfect spicy which is a little spicy but not too hot that makes you cry :-). I ordered thearrachera bistek that I thought it was very good. We also order the special of the day which was also good. The best taste wasthe salsa though. Loved eating here. The food is excellent quality and the staff are very friendly. It was quite busy when I was there, but the... staff made sure everyone was waited upon in a timely fashion, and you didn't feel like you were receiving bad service.
