Reviews for Dude's Steakhouse & Brandin' Iron Bar in Sidney, NE
Established 1952, in business for 70 years. This mean they doing something right. Support local business, they deserve it!
I've been in here twice recently and the only reason I'm leaving a 2 star review is cause of the 5 star service from our... waitress Cassandra the first night me and my crew went there. Tonight we had another waitress (unsure of her name) and recievedrude comments about being harvesters in her establishment, then proceeded to say some very rude things as I was paying my billto then give her a generous tip, even though her treatment towards us the whole time we had been there was very unpleasant.. Iended up not tipping her when she said "And they wonder why we don't want them in here" I proceeded to tell her I'll just pay mybill instead. I was trying to treat my crew to a nice dinner. I've never experienced such terrible and honestly disgustingservice as a happily paying customer. I will never go back now. I would leave a 0 star based on tonight's experience.. I wouldnever recommend another member of any harvest crew to step foot in this place.. "we're so ready for harvest to be over" was thevery first thing we were told after her asking us if we were on a crew.. then proceeded to ask if we were sure we wanted toorder said things off the menu as if we couldn't afford them. My family is making another cross country road trip. We love to stop at random places- locally owned/non-chain places? Only... sit-down dining open early in the area aside from fast food. Not right off the interstate but an easy short drive into downtownSidney. Morning hostess was crabby and unwelcoming. Waitress was very friendly and inviting. Most of our Food was lacking , butnot terrible. We had breakfast. Complaints: Hash browns were over cooked, mushy on the inside and almost burnt on the outside.Glasses were dirty. Super cheap prices. Old-school vibes and interior that would be super cute if it were cleaned/dustedregularly. Read more
