This was the most unorganized restaurant that I have been to in some time. Our server and his trainee were not on the same page... at all, we had a group of 8 and orders were mixed up and then billed to the wrong person. The trainer was totally unprofessional"correcting" the trainee multiple times in front of the restaurant then verbally complaining about them to us. The real strawthat broke the camel's back was after they charged one person for a side of dressing and the person across the table did not getcharged we brought it to their attention and the server asked our party member if he was mad...completely uncalled for. Wait was long due to staffing shortages. Hostess seemed stressed out and when asked if we could get a drink at the bar while we... waited she said no, and that we would have to wait to be seated 1st. Luckily the bar tender said that we could eat at the barand it was open seating. The bar tender was very nice and helpful she went above for us even though she was super busy. Myhusband had the bourbon street steak and he said it was good the mushrooms were very tasty on it. I had the grilled chicken witha side of the hot honey sauce it was good, I wish there were more Gluten free options for pasta, sandwich bread/hamburger bunsthough. First time had a bad experience at this location. Live in the area so have eaten here multiple times. Many things didn?t measure... up with the meal. My steak was red instead of pink, the garlic type sauce on the top of the shrimp had way too much pepper andthe blue mama drink was like drinking syrup. The only reason I?m even giving three stars is the waitress. She was a real sweetieand was very kind. I didn?t return my food to the kitchen at all but was really disappointed. The food was delicious, and a lot of it plus the manager substituted something else because they were out of mozzarella sticks.... Very nice and helpful. This place only had 2 servers so even tho the restaurant was almost empty we had to wait 20 min. Ourserver was a little too chatty and sat down by us after her other table left and we were deciding how much of a tip we shouldleave. She was talking about her sister, getting drunk, smoking, taking a smoke break while we were still there and her servicewasn't great. I wish the work force would get back to work so there could be more servers and staff to keep this place busy. Read more
It?s not like the place it use to be a year or so ago, at least 3-4 items on the menu they didn?t have or carry anymore. Got... the four cheese chicken and the sauce was bland and no flavor, the chicken fajita roll up was all lettuce and you couldn?t evenfold it up!!! Service was basic seems to much talking between staff then making customers happy!!! The only good thing fromthe visit was my kiddo loved the fries. That?s all!!! Read more
