So today my team won lunch at work so we thought why not Chick Fil A witch is 15 minutes away from where I work?. The young man... at the booth was extremely pleasant and took my order everything that I asked was placed?.So after paying $56 they handed me myfood with was in a large bag i thank Bryan who handed it to me as I get back to my location I notice a missing order so Ithought mistakes happen so let me go back. I was pumped up the line due to my reason I thought we?ll this is great. As Iapproach the window I explain what happened and Bryan who seem annoyed let someone know about the missing order so Sam shovedthe missing meal bag to another worker irritated?.. That workers the hand the order to Bryan who gives it to me. I kindly lethim know that this was not right and is there any way I can be compensated for their mess up, and this rude guy says we don?thave free food to give away that caused me to chuckle because who asked for free food. I ask to speak to a manager he said hewas so I ask to speak to someone else he said that no one could help me so I asked who are the managers on duty Bryan, Sam , &Ryan and no one every apologize for the situation or anything I am extremely disappointed and will never go there again. If Ican give a zero star rating I would. Very rude and unprofessional not to mention they never said my pleasure once. Read more

The gentleman who took my order was very pleasant. I ordered a Cobb salad & asked for extra dressing which he said sure & no... problem, however when waiting for my order I saw a young lady that may have been a manager take the extra dressing out. Whenlooking over my order I asked for the extra dressing & was told only 2 per salad, I asked if I can pay for the extra & was toldthat they don?t have a option for me to pay ????. I never heard of this & thought it was strange, I didn?t say anything but ok &thanked them for my order but this bothered me on the drive home?If you only give two salad dressings per salad then you shouldhave an option to pay if your customer wants more?.Never heard of such a thing?lol. Customer service went out the window? I?llnever visit the Sicklerville location again?I guess it wasn?t ? My pleasure? this time around!!!! Have gotten the frosty lemonade now 2 times where for one it's not a full cup when ur taking almost $5 it's already not a large... then not as frosty as once was. Like a bit watery like where icecream melted before I received which I order through drivethrough. Yea it wont be my first choice next time. It's not a cheap drink. But it's good when made correct. After months of finally being allowed back inside to eat, I parked and walked inside to place an order. It took several minutes... to even be greeted and I was eventually told they werent taking orders indoors. Online orders were actively being picked up andthe cash registers were present, but I was unable to order from them. So instead I was forced to order in the drive thru andeat in my car.
