Probably the worst Tim's I have been in! The restaurant wasn't busy, so being behind or understaffed shouldn't have been a... problem. Our breakfast sandwiches were barely warm and the vanilla cold brew we ordered tasted nothing like it was supposed to.We ended up throwing it out because it was undrinkable. The women's bathroom was closed so I used the family one. It neededcleaning very badly and it looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a while. My husband said the men's was the same way. My blackcoffee was good and our sandwiches tasted good even though they weren't hot. That's why I gave it 2 stars. Read more
Somebody should file a missing persons report, because I'm probably still stuck in the drive thru. 40+ minutes on a Sunday... night, 6 cars in line. We haven't moved in 15 minutes. We were on our motorcycles and thr line up was out the door in the morning. However it went quick, the manager.was awesome and... kept his staff running like a well oiled machine. Service was friendly and quick. You can tell that he enjoyed what he wasdoing. Great job!!! I go to Tim's in Penticton and 3 people inane take longer then the service we got woth 15 people ahead ofus. Read more
Waited in drive through for 20 min before any movement. Decided to go in and 2 people working other guy on front just shrugged... said nobody even acknowledged him. Terrible service both drive through and inside I would but zero but can't. Worst tim Hortonaround. Don't bother go to seven 11 across street. Read more
