Stopped here for a break on a long trip, and found the staff friendly, the food good and the service quick. The weather was nice... so the outside seating was perfect. They had a decent range of mainstream drinks (bottled and draft/draught beer) which wentdown well in the sun. I'd happily stop there again if I'm in the area. Read more

Amazing service & delicious food. We came in with a family of 15 and they moved tables around to accommodate us. Our server,... Jessica, was thee best! We had a wonderful Sunday brunch with our kids and grandkids from Missouri. They had gone to the Rustic Rooster on a previous... visit and were eager to go back. The menu has changed since last time we were there, and it seems even better. They also have agood number of daily specials. My granddaughter and I shared the stuffed French toast, which was delicious. My entire familyloved their breakfast, and we are eager to go again soon. Read more
Nachos were basically chips, chips, and more chips. Arugula and Brussels sprouts salad was the best item I had. Fish tacos... didn?t taste fresh, to the point where I threw them out after two bites. My boyfriend gave me a bite of his bean burger, and ittasted fresh and homemade. Poutine wasn?t anything special - just get the regular fries and save the $3 upcharge for a tinyamount of gravy. Very nice atmosphere. Rustic but clean decor. Wait staff was very friendly, shout out to Donna. Had the bbq ribs, fish&chips... and the bean burger. All was flavorful and we'll prepared. Would come back again. Drafts were $6 and cans were $9. Bill was$90 for nachos, 3 meals and 2 beers. Read more
Love love love this place! When you think of Vermont this kind of place is exactly what you think of. Literally the cutest,... coziest place and great food to boot!!
