My go to place when I am staying inland and not on the coast. In this situation it's the best option. My favorite are the... salads. I love the ranch dressing. They have lots of good beverages as well. One thing I do not recommend is thier veganchicken. That certainly needs improvement. The coconut bacon is average. Overall, the people are friendly and the service isfast and good. 5 stars for being all vegan ?? and having compassion towards all life. Read more

After realising I needed to start eating healthier, more consistently, I made the decision to try out Greens and Grains; a... quaint little health-spot up the street from my new job! Let me tell you, I have yet to be disappointed. My first time there, Itried the BLT Wrap. To my surprise, the "B" was coconut bacon!! I've never had vegan substitutes of meat yet before in my life, and quickly fell in love with the taste of coconut bacon thanks to G&G! My following two visits, I got the same meal...it wasjust too good to pass up. With that, I have tried the Thai Carrot Ginger soup which.....I don't even have words for. If you'reskeptical, please try it. The flavors in the soup transport you to another universe. I?m serious. Absolutely out of thisworld. I went a total of three times in one week, and I?m writing out my order for today's lunch visit as I type this review. You will not be disappointed here at Greens and Grains! From the cleanliness and the light & airy vibe of the restaurant, to thefriendliness of all the employees i've spoken to, Greens and Grains really checks all the boxes. Read more

Great food, good choices! Only I wish the staff & the owner would smile sometimes, some friendliness- the vibe isn?t there.

I visited for the first time today and got what looked to be a yummy veggie burger wrap, to discover the contents were... completely lathered with a ketchup/mayo combo literally dripping out. I squeezed out what I could but felt like I was eatingfast food and couldn?t get through it. The smoothie menu looks good but otherwise I?m grossed out and won?t be returning. Read more

Today was my first time trying this place, but I?m sure it will not be my last. Being Indian, I grew up on every single type of... lentil under the sun, as a daily staple. It is very hard to please my palate with lentils outside of the home cooked ones. Iordered the greens bowl with quinoa and the Thai coconut curry lentils. It is so flavorful, more Thai in flavor, without beingspicy. Simply amazing. Tastes as fresh as home cooked because the ingredients are excellent? organic kale, carrots, just superyummy comfort food! The red colored ?Recharge? fresh pressed juice woke me up, it is delicious! The girls working here arepleasant and helpful with any questions you may have. My perfect little lunch in the midst of the winter storm! Read more

Yes this is a vegan restaurant, but really it's just a place that makes and serves great food that just happens to be all vegan.... From my couple of experiences here the vegan thing isn't a negative factor at all like at some vegan places. The firs thing youmust get is The Gobbler: their perfectly crafted fall special that has some Thanksgiving favorites on a bun. It's not overloadedor too little, it's just right in almost every way. Get this before it's gone! The buffalo sauce here is fantastic. We had it onthe buffalo chicken sandwich and it was really good. The Viva La Vegan smoothie was okay but nothing special. The cheesecake waspretty good and extremely close to the real thing, differing a little in texture. The iced green tea they stock here is reallygood but I wish they had a sugar free option. Staff was fine, no complaints. Overall enjoyed my food here and will be back. Theprices are actually not that bad for Shrewsbury and vegan and organic, when it comes to entrees that is. Smoothies, desserts anddrinks are a little pricier but still manageable. Read more

It was my first visit here but I loved it. It?s hard to find vegan places so I was excited when I found this one. The food was... delicious and fresh. I ordered the falafel pita wrap and added hummus to it. I also ordered their Ging & juice smoothie (banana, pineapple, dragon fruit, ginger, and apple juice) which tasted great and wasn?t overly sweet like other places that load theirsmoothies with sugar.
