Come here a lot never had a bad experience until tonight. Tried to get a coffee a 8pm she said Express somewhere she was being... cleaned looked past that. Then came back an hour and a half later and she was mopping the floors and she was too busy betweenmopping and on the phone. Ok I Know most everyone likes Dunkin donuts, I could not agree more the donuts are great , however they're coffee is... unbelievable nasty & tastes & looks like colored water , I believe you should go to bean to cup & add regular flavored coffeecreamer and not the stuff you call flavored syrup , it's just awful, I believe you'll go belly up if you don't change . This is the worst Dunkin I?ve ever been too. I don?t usually come this way but when I do this is the only one on the route and... out of the 6 times I?ve been there they?ve messed the order up all 6 times. One time they even read my order back to me hadeverything on there and when I got to the window didnt have one of my drinks rang up and had to make a separate transaction forit. I used a coupon that came with a cash register tape from the local grocery store. With the coupon,they charged me a dime more... than they would have without the coupon. They made a stink when I said I didn't want to use the coupon. They didn't sayanything when I said I reconsidered eating there. I've not been back. When a merchant is willing to steal a dime from me, wecan't be friends. Read more

Dunkins never fails to barely meet my very low expectations. Many times the coffee is extremely week, but on this occasion the... coffee had a burnt flavor. I miss the Dunkin Donuts of the past where you were guaranteed a freshly brewed cup of hot hazelnutthat was roasted into the bean and not a pitiful flavoring. Read more
It's nice because I order my food online, go in and pick it up. It's I'm a gas station and the gas station has hot dogs and... warm food so I buy something there instead of DD. ???? No reflection on the staff because they're very nice and the coffee isgreat. Just this particular dd happens to be in a gas station store so you have more food options. Read more
