Great place! A litt off the beaten path. It worth the trip. I had the boudan balls and beef stir fry.
Some of the best Cajun food I?ve ever had! I had boudin balls & etouffee fried rice (etouffee not in pic bc it was in a separate... bowl-I hadn?t poured it over the rice when I?d taken the pic. My husband had the cream cheese & crawfish wontons & fried fish.Our daughter had fried rice & French fries (She ate all of her rice)! Oh & the portions are huge!! So glad we passed throughShreveport ???????? would have given 5 stars but the restroom stalls needs to be kept up a little more. It?s not the worststalls but not the cleanest either. Read more

Y?all! This California girl had the best experience. My taste buds had a rager. I delayed my stay just to try it and honey I... wasn?t disappointed. The flavors were perfect. A great fusion of the Cajun and Vietnamese culture of flavors. I have the boiledshrimp with the Cajun and Vietnamese flavors. Soooo good. The restaurant was clean as I walked in. Nice atmosphere and nice customer service. I ordered my drink(s) and food and... everything came out in good timing. I had a brisket pho bowl. It was big but was totally delicious. If I'm down in the areaagain. I would definitely eat here again. Next time I mite try the fried chicken gumbo. Read more
First I waited 10 minutes before anyone asked me what I wanted to drink. They weren't busy at all. Once I received my food my... server came to my table 10 minutes later and sit down the check and asked if I needed a box. She didn't ask if I wanted dessertand my plate was still full of food. Also at this point my drink haven't been refilled even once. A few minutes after she askedif it I was ready to pay and I replied no as I was still eating, with an empty cup. She walked off and continued serving othertables. Then I got her attention after she didn't return to my table and ask if she would please bring me another Dr. pepperwhenever she got a chance. She replied yes and went to the back. For the next 15 minutes she served the other tables and neverbrought me a DP. I placed a call to the restaurant and asked for a refill. Then the other waitress brought it out and loudlyannounced that I called and asked for it. I told her yes because it's be 30 minutes of waiting for a refill. The otherwaitress stopped by my table 5 minutes later and very loudly asked if everything was okay. I gave her a look like are you beingserious and shock my head yes. Then I started writing this review. My food got cold while waiting for my refill. The shrimptasted too fishy. Jambalaya egg rolls didn't have any flavor . Sweet tea taste terrible so I switched to soda Edit: now I canadd lies to the list. After I switched from sweet tea to soda, whenever I received the appetizer, I didn't receive a refilluntil I called the restaurant and asked for one. You told the truth about bringing the ticket 10 minutes after my food wasserved. She didn't return to my table after asking about the ticket two minutes after dropping it off. Food tasted great. Portion for my pho was a very large bowl. Good service from my waitress. Restaurant appeared neat and clean.... I would've rated higher if it weren't for these two things: One guy kept coming out and checking on tables to see if everythingwas ok, but never stopped by mine. One of the guys, had a hat on backwards w/ long hair, took his hat off and started sprayinghis hair with a can while standing by the food in the kitchen. Read more
Food was excellent, star off for location. It is too far out of town, and did not like the smoke smell from adjacent building. ... We loved this restaurant just wish they were still in Bossier or closer in town. Read more
