Strawberry ice cream was okay, not worth $5.77 for a size small cup by any means! Service was not great. Maybe next time you... want to say, "Come on people" hurrying someone along, do so with your microphone off. Especially after giving us less than 20seconds to look at the menu. Read more

Went through the drive-thru. The lady was rude, made a snotty comment about "I'm waiting on YOU!" after we took a moment to look... over the menu (it was our first time there) then rushed us through our order and interrupted us as we were talking. I've workedfood service before and know how hard it is, and ALSO know that is NOT how you speak to people even if you're having a bad day.Will absolutely not be going here again. Read more

Google says their hours are until 10:00pm. Helped the car in front and then said ?that was our last customer sorry?. I said I?m... sorry we looked up to make sure you were still open. She said we know but we don?t know how to change it. Every single time Icome to get yogurt here it?s always something and they make me feel like I am inconveniencing them. Came here because it has good ratings. This was awful. Plain yogurt is my favorite and out of 100s of frozen yogurts I've been... this one didn't have it. It tastes more like regular ice cream. Not only that, only 2 options of fruit, and to make it worse notfresh fruit but processed frozen fruit all mushy. Don't know why such high ratings for awfully expensive ice cream with mushystrawberry from a frozen bag. Read more

We visited this location and it was worth the 30 minute drive. My kids wanted some ice cream ???? and this was the first place... that popped up for them. I was so pleased with the customer service. The staff is amazing! I think there names were Cindy and Terri, they provided the most incredible experience I've had at TCBY.... They were both patient with my children in taking longer than expected to figure out what they wanted, and never limited my kidsto how many different flavors they could try. And the flavors... Oh my goodness! Sometimes it takes me too long to figure outwhat I want as well, they have so many incredible flavors, options, and toppings, its so hard to chose! Its like Pokémon, Iwant them all!
