Ok so the three women that work here around 11:25 a.m don?t play no games! They get you in and out! Now if you have ever worked... in food service, you can understand and feel the teamwork! Please don?t stand in the line if you dont have your mind made upbecause you will then be slowing down the process! And for the love, don?t be on your phone while in the line here cause theymove so quick, and that?s aggravating anyway! Overall 5 stars just for those 3 women alone! My partner and I went in on April 2, 2020. We got 2 subways melts. One sandwich was perfect, but the other one was messed up. I... have pictures to prove the issue as well. I submitted a complaint in online and I got an email confirmation back saying it willbe transferred to the district manager. Never heard from them. I called the store to speak with the store manager, I left amessage as it was during the lunch rush. Never received a call. I called today about the issue. The store manager proceeds totell me that there is nothing she can do as the order was done on the 2nd and today is the 20th and her employee did that right.I tell her that is not how it is done. The manager then proceeds to get rude with me. I ask for the district manager phonenumber and she said I can call corporate office. I asked for the corporate office number and she then says "There is nuthin Ican do, so goodbye" nd hangs up. I want the corporate office number, district manager phone number. I work in customer servicesince I was age 16 and never treated a customer like this. This is just rude and horrible customer service. If I was yall, Iwouldn't stop at that subway until they hire a new crew.. The crew is horrible. Very rude, they don't talk to the customer andwhen the customer asks a question they ignore the customer and continue having the conversation on there own. 02-06-2020 dinner. So subways sent some coupons in the mail to my house big mistake. I?ve stoped at plenty subways in the last... few days using these coupons up. I?ve seen the sign on the interstate. Let?s stop. Everyone in the store working this eveningwas awesome. They were funny, sociable, super helpful and polite. This was a great crew working. I have them in some of thephotos and a video they allowed me to make. The store was clean. The only complaint I have is Subway does not put enough meat ontheir food. Other than that I would return to this location. Great job crew. Read more
