In all my years of going to Subway I've never had a bad experience and today was no exception. Gwen the Store Manager was just... top notch, so so nice and friendly. Used the Subway App for the first and last time. Having been without electricity for most of the day and seeing that it wasn't... going to be restored tonight, my husband and I decided to get Subway. Ordered it online to be picked up at the Mansfield Roadlocation. Big mistake. They put all of the toppings for the sandwich that I ordered for my husband on my sandwich, even thoughthey had our ticket with the correct information taped to the outside of the bag. They really messed up our order. I called themand all they offered to do was remake our order, which meant another trip back up there. We were told to "hurry" because theywere closing in 25 minutes. We went back to pick up the "corrected" order, and they STILL GOT IT WRONG !!! We will not bereturning. Read more
