Stopped in to grab my wife a drink. First, when trying to only order a drink, I get told I'll have to wait at least 5 minutes... just to order. C'mon really. Y'all need to hire some people.The mens restroom was the most disgusting thing I have ever seen.Completely unacceptable. I sincerely wish the health department would have seen this. For the manager who barked at theemployees about it, and stated she personally cleaned it yesterday, it's YOUR job to be on top of things. Stop trying to makeyourself look better. Not cool. Fantastic burgers and drinks, quick customer service!
Visited this location October 20, 2021. I used the drive-thru service. I didn?t have to wait long to place my order. There were... 4 vehicles ahead of me, but the line went through smoothly. From the time I order and receive my order was less than 12 minutesnot so bad. The young lady who took my order was nice and courteous. The flower beds at this location was clean and kept up. This place was terrible. The worst food I had fun there.. I ordered a cheeseburger with mayo and ketchup and it turned out to be... a sloppy joe soup. This was the worst experience ever out of all the times I have been going there. It may be a long time beforeI return there and I live right around the corner from the place on greenwood road. This is the worst Sonic I have been to. I ordered a breakfast burrito and 2 large drinks. I had to wait at least 30 minutes to... get those items and they weren?t even busy! My burrito was cold and the sausage was tough like jerky. Very disappointing-won?tever go back! Read more
