This was my first time at Smoothie King and it was a great experience. I was welcomed in the store, helped with ordering (as I... had no idea what to get), and was told how I could save money on future smoothies. I ended up getting the X-treme Tart Cherryand used the Free Upsize Friday deal ($1 for nonmembers). It tasted great! The employees were nice, the store was clean, andservice was fast. Extremely rude! I went to this location today around 11:30. I went to the drive thru and ordered a ?muscle punch? and one other... smoothie for a coworker. When I pulled around to pay I was asked if I had the ?power punch? I proceeded to tell her no I had a?muscle punch? I then got told more than once that a ?power punch? is what I had ordered and that?s what they made for me. Aftertelling the young lady that it didn?t need to be an argument and asked what was in a ?power punch? thinking maybe they made amistake but I?ll drink it anyways but nobody would answer as to what was in it. I was then asked by another young lady if Istill wanted the ?muscle punch? and I said yes and I again got told that a ?power punch? was what I ordered. After being toldthree times I ordered a ?power punch? when I know for a fact I didn?t and it was very obvious they were not going to make me a?muscle punch?
