Normally, when I visit this location , the staff is awesome, however , this is not the time.! I ordered an ice coffee. The... female , that made my coffee hot . I told her it was supposed to be an ice coffee, and given me serious attitude. I asked forsome Splenda, she gave me sweet & low . I told her the sweet &low is fine , and I said thank you . She didn?t even say anythingback . Not a word . She was very rude . I didn?t get her name , but she?s a white female , with black and blond hair . She wearsglasses also . Very welcoming atmosphere. Loved the variety of seating (outdoor, indoor tables, indoor cozy chairs in a small nook). The... baristas were kind. Got the Honeybee Latte and it was good. They have a variety of seasonal drinks, regular drinks, and food. Read more
The customer service was rigid and basically not warm and friendly! The jalapeno cheddar biscuit was good but way overpriced.... I've also never paid $5 for a cup of tea either. So the pricing paired with the horrible customer service gives this restauranta walking one star! If they were not conveniently located by the courthouse I probably wouldn't ever go back. I saw it while I was visiting family in Shreveport and I don?t regret stopping here! The coffee was delicious, I loved the... cafe?s vibe, located in the center of beautiful Downtown Riverfront. There is lots of parking around and there is a theater onthe same street, it feels like a place I would chill at all day to just study and read. Also, they have indoor and outdoorseating. 10/10 recommend! Read more
Great spot! Good breakfast and find folks. A lot of offerings. The only thing that threw us was that the salmon was actually... more of a cooked salmon as opposed to cured like is usually on bagels. Still very tasty. Read more
I was visiting Shreveport for a few days and discovered Rhino coffee and went a total of 3 times cuz it was so good! I enjoyed... the chicken salad sandwich and the white mocha.
