I sat at the outdoor ordering menu for I don?t know how long! The truck behind me got impatient and literally passed me over and... got in the line headed to the window. If your machine is not working, you owe it to your customers to put a SIGN up there thatsays ?OUT OF ORDER!? I am new to Shreveport and this if this problem is characteristic of this store, I didn?t know it butapparently the truck behind me did. SHAME on you for not fixing this situation! My food was not good. I ordered the shrimp tackle box. You could see the wet batter when I bet into the shrimp. I will never... order shrimp from Popeyes again. They also didn't have any jelly or honey for those dry biscuits. The only positive was myfries were hot. Read more
******look the chicken is amazing****** I felt as though I needed to add this disclaimer above ^ because I am in a toxic... relationship with Popeyes. Here is the deal... I have a hard time shaking them from time to time. - Order is always wrong... Iliterally stay at the window now every single time (the only place I do this... Period). - Staff are rude... Short and neverseem to be in a hurry. - Always missing items EVERY SINGLE time... Southern Classic on 70th is the absolute best (outside theline when ordering) but every time I forget the above I slip and give Popeyes my time I regret it and wish I would have just gotin the line.
