The Popeye location on Mansfield rd was absolutely on point this evening, Customer service this evening was the best I've... experienced in months. The drive-thru experience was great ????. The young lady name Kemille was very polite, and respectful andhad given great service today. I'm amazed at how patient she was with me as I was giving my order, she doubled checked my orderto make to all the correct pieces of chicken were present as well as made sure I had all the condiments needed with my meal. They need a new crew or close down. They NEVER HAVE EVERYTHING YOU NEED. The lady in the drive thru clearly didn't want to be... there. We waited almost 30 minutes from the time we drove in until we got the food. We were refunded for the extra fries thatwe didn't order. After ordering BBQ sauce and getting it, the lady informed us they that didn't have BBQ sauce, ketchup norhoney. I went inside and got a refund for the entire order. None of the Popeye's in Shreveport are spectacular, but this one is the worst and whomever owns it needs their franchisee... license revoked! This is the second and last time I'll go to this location! I went a couple of months ago and they were out ofwhat I'd ordered. Just moments ago, I waited in drive thru for 5 minutes with no acknowledge at all. I said hello and stillnothing! It's not as if they were busy because there was only one car at the window after I took my money elsewhere since theowner and his employees didn't want mine at this location. Update: The restaurant has significantly improved recently. The staff has been nice and ask if I need any additional stuff with... my meal. So far they are doing a lot better, so I am changing my rating to 3 stars instead of 1, if it stays improved I willconsider higher ratings. Past Review 6 months ago:This location constantly has issues. They literally gave me a Mac and cheesewith a drink lid that didn't fit, it was to small and was stuff into it, it fell out and the Mac and cheese went all over thecar. They often don't have any thing but chicken and alot of the time they over cook it to the point it's almost burnt. I wouldsuggest any of the other locations in shreveport over this one at this point. One of the worst experience I?ve ever had at a Popeyes, the drive through was busted up so they won?t even take your order in... the drive-thru. The inside is very dirty and had napkins everywhere and the entire soda machine was done and had rags andnapkins to keep it from leaking. Every worker wasn?t even wearing gloves nor a hairnet, plus there was all kind of dirt andgrime on the floor. Than to top it all of there was a hose on the floor that one of the cooks grabbed of the floor and continuedto cook. He also was eating and drink over the food he was frying. We also got a sweet tea since it was the only drink besidewater that they had but we got about an inch to an inch and a half of tea grinds in the cup. Do not go here and save your money! Read more
