I usually like Panda Express, but the service here was painfully slow. What?s the point of ordering ahead with the app if they... don?t make your food? I arrived after the app said the order would be ready. Nothing. Three of us were waiting for pickuporders. I only had a single small bowl, yet it took an extra 25 minutes to make. I would have been much better off going throughthe drive thru. About 10 people came in after I did and were served ahead of me. I do give one of the clerks credit for beingfriendly and offering me a drink for the long wait. On the other hand, I saw another server literally pull out her cell phone tolook at while she was in the middle of scooping someone?s food. The food was okay. I felt that the protein and veggie portionswere smaller when compared to orders I?ve made at other Panda Express locations. Considering the slow service and mediocrefood, I can?t recommend this Panda Express. Read more
This location is so horrible now. I ordered the angus steak dish this evening and was given 3 tiny pieces of steak that weighed... less than 1oz. Vegetables were over cooked and dried out. When calling the location about the portion size the manager was verydefensive and stated that, 3 pieces was close to normal. Which corporate confirmed was NOT true. They charge an additional $1.25for any steak item which I don?t mind paying if I get an appropriate portion size. This location is frequently out of items orsometimes the food is barely warm/cool. Man, this Panda used to be the spot. I don?t know if they got new management or something but for the last two months the food... has been absolute trash. I think this is the last time I?ll get food from this location. Rice lately has had like a ?steamed?rice rather than fried rice taste to it. Food is lukewarm. Got rangoons today that were cold. Pretty disappointed as Panda isusually my go-to fast food. Read more
Went thru the drive thru at 8:10. Took about 3 min or so to even get someone on the other side of the intercom. Ordered Orange... chicken, teriyaki chicken, and white rice. Was informed they were out of white rice and brown rice. So I settled for fried rice.Got home and the teriyaki chicken was not teriyaki chicken. Whatever it was, it was kind of rubbery and was the greasiest thingi have ever gotten at Panda. The orange chicken isn?t flavorful and is mushy. The fried rice is average. It?s like they didn?twant to cook more rice or any food, for that matter, even though they had over an hour and a half until they closed. Will notreturn to this location. Read more
