So I've been here quite a few times now. My first experience was fine. But the ones following were not so good. I did not go... back for a while because i was living in Minden and Shake Those Pounds were my go to. And they are amazing btw! Two days ago iwent in there and my tea was extremely watered down and i thought it must be an accident. But today I went back in nexgen andordered a pre made and a to go tea. When i got the made tea it was watered down so bad and the pre made one didnt even have alift off pack in it. The owner told me it was because the company would only send her 20 boxes a week and she sells 20 a day? Impretty sure if you cannot sell the adequate ingredients you shouldn't sell any. I was dumbfounded. So if she only gets 20 a weekbut sells those in a day then their teas are not what we are paying for. Just saying. Ill be contacting herbalife next. Read more

I've been coming here a couple of times, but I really can't stand when they downsize the cups. This is NexGen beside a... competitor's. I took it to work and my coworkers looked at it crazy as to why it was so small. The last time I went, I guessthey don't make the teas dry. It was already mixed in a small container.
