This place has gone so downhill! There is no respect for anyone. Nobody asks how your doing and barely says one word to you when... you come to the drive thru window. They move so slow we ordered 4 chicken sandwiches and a large fry and it took them 20 mins!When we got to the window last asked what was your order we told her she handed us the bag and slammed the window. No have agood night or anything. This place is so pitiful! Read more

OK store little different it stays busy so patience is important or go drive Tru. Fair people to deal with in small town.
They take forever just to take your order. They only care about the drive thru they may as well go drive thru only like COVID.... Sonic across the street had my food out faster than the amount of time I stood in like until no one came and left. Walker roadMcDonald?s is also way better. Read more
When I got there, the drive-thru had approximately 8-10 cars in line so I decided to go inside (thinking it would be faster);... there were only 2 customers ahead of me but the cashier and the 2nd customer (also an employee whom just gotten off of work) arejust standing there chatting as if I have nothing to do but to sit there and listen to their broken grammar. By the time Ireached my car, the drive-thru line was gone; hell, I would have gotten better service in the long drive-thru line than Ireceived on the inside with a few customers. At 2:30pm it took 30 minutes for our food. I have never seen employees move so slowly or care so little. There was only one... other person in line when we arrived. After about 20 minutes of waiting, Our order was flashing red on the screen so my husbandasked about it. The employee acted like she didn?t even know about the outstanding orders. She snapped at everyone that tried togive an order or inquire about their food. No one seemed to be able to multitask. Please, avoid this restaurant. Read more
