Ordered online for lunch at work. Arrived earlier than my pick up time but checked in anyway. 15 minutes after my pick up time... I was still waiting so I went inside. I was greeted but then was told they couldn't find my order. Another customer found it.I taste my food and was disappointed. 03/14/2022 I waited at the curbside pick up & at the scheduled time for them to bring out my food I wasn?t acknowledged. So I... had to call for my order to be brought out. When I got my food my fries were cold & soggy, & the wings weren?t barely seasoned,just fried. I went inside to get my ranch they forgot to put in the bag, but again it took a while for them to acknowledge me.So I just ended up getting a refund back to my card. A picture wouldn?t show anything noteworthy. I read the reviews and they were 50/50, which was enough for me to chance it. The... wings were good, about a B+. The fries were soggy but tasted ok ? A solid C. The ranch was super watery and just ran off thefood ? a D+. But for 8 wings + fries at $10 in 10mins, really close to the house, I?d may do it again. I try not to post bad reviews. I just get mad I wasted money and don't eat at the place anymore. But I am so tired of people... messing up something as simple as wings. Season them, fry them and toss them in sauce. I ordered smoked garlic parmesan and theywere breaded and tossed which equals soggy. And I've had garlic parmesan and that was not garlic parmesan and they barely hadsauce. I also ordered smoked teriyaki Hawaiian or whatever it was called and I expected more flavor. The wings were soft. Likethey were cooked in an air fryer soft. Uncomfortably soft. And OMG those curly fries were also soggy. It's like they flash friedthem. I got excited when I saw this place was by my house, the pictures online looked good, and also that the side was curlyfries but my $20 went down the drain cause I didn't even eat those so called "garlic parmesan".
