The atmosphere was dry when we walked in. I can say the one other table was having fun. But....our experience wasn't so good. No... one said wait we will be with you shortly...nothing. The waitress took our adult drink order. Came back never said we don'thave the main ingredient to make the drink. When he said there's no alcohol in this...she then mentioned we didn't have it. Soyou just don't say anything??? And want me to pay? The cook/chef came to the table never said a word. Never hello....nointroduction. Just started cooking. No tricks...no words....no TIP! It had been a while since I had been there. But the service was very slow and once I ordered they came out 4 minutes later... telling me they were out of pork. And the onion rings were not done. Food came out separate, my wife first and then mine, about3 minutes later. Not a very friendly atmosphere. Steak was very dry. I had forgotten about the bad service. Never again. Left the place before sitting down. This place used to be good - now, the it was very hot inside, the entrance was dirty and... decorations had been removed. There is a tarp in the middle of the hibachi area. Would not recommend for the price andexperience expected. Read more
I had an amazing time here on my birthday! The only downfall about Hana is that their food was way too salty. Everything I ate... had just so much salt that I had to use the ?house sauce? that was provided on the side. We also ordered two Love Boats. Thesushi was decent. I would prefer if it had more selections to choose for the boats. Overall, I would give this place a secondchance. It wasn?t bad at all. Read more
Love coming here and it's one of the few places the whole family can agree on, even picky young eaters. Food is always good and... we usually end up with the same server and chef which makes our experience even better since they know us and what we want. Even dessert is good, if you have room after the large portions. The price is fair for the amount of food on your plate and theservice is even better. Read more
Visited this evening with family and friends and we all had a good time. Staffing was very friendly and being seated took no... time. We all mostly had steak, chk, shrimp, fried rice and vegs. Also the really good soup, salad and the delicious lsu sushi.The main course food was fresh, hot and good cooked right in front of us. I think everyone took to go plates home to lol.....youare definitely getting your money worth in the portion amount you get.
