I?ve always loved firehouse for years & im not the type to complain.. but today I got my normal sub & bit into a FINGERNAIL?. I... called the manager & asked if they wore gloves while making the sandwiches & he said yeah.. (obviously they don?t) I told himwhat happened, he didn?t even say sorry. He asked me to bring it to him or him come pick it up?? I said i would send a picture &never heard anything.. he could have offered me a refund or at least rewards.
