Reviews for Cush's Grocery & Market in Shreveport, LA
Prices are pretty high but good service. Shrimp salad was so good!
In town for meetings and stopped here for lunch. Amazing food and very friendly staff. Had soup, roast beef poboy. One... problem is the serving is huge! Can?t wait to come back and have their chicken salad and wish I would have got some to go. Read more
It was delicious and you can't go wrong with the grilled ham and cheese or grilled turkey sandwich on jalapeno bread. The... cheeseburger there's nothing special but the flavor in the meat is something to definitely try. It is exceptionally wellseasoned and cooked perfectly. It's a little pricey but you pay for the quality of the food. Read more

We ate lunch there today & it was delicious as always. We had Caesar's salad with tenderloin &fresh from the oven garlic bread . My husband also had a cup of gumbo. Highly recommend all. Read more
Amazing chicken salad and tomato basil soup! I drove from Austin with a cooler to carry some back home! I?ve eaten chicken salad... across the South and no place compares to Cush?s! Nice family owned local business! It was amazing the owners remembered me andmy favorites after I?ve been away living in Austin for 8 years! Always a must stop when I?m in Shreveport! Read more
Paul's shrimp salad served on two avocado halves It was so delicious my brain couldn?t stop thinking about the taste ????
Their chicken salad avocado was so good! Had a good time eating there. I liked the little thing like sunflowers on the table.... Loved not only the food but their taste in the interior design. Would definitely come back when we come back to the city. Read more
This was the $20 chef salad. Let's look at the picture and decide for ourselves what?s wrong, as multiple things made me look at... the waitress like she was out of her mind for putting it in front of me. I should?ve known better than to order a salad inShreveport, Louisiana. I didn?t enjoy the atmosphere as the fluorescent lighting and shoppers purchasing deli meat were close tomy mama and me. It made it hard to focus on the waxy strips of Government cheese and the long square of ham slapped on top oficeberg lettuce. The overboiled egg is leaning in the corner as if it is smoking its little cigarette. I do not imaginereturning to Cush?s again in my life time. I personally didn?t enjoy the atmosphere as the florescent lighting and shoppersbuying deli meat were so close to my mama and myself. It honestly made it hard to focus on the waxy strips of Government cheeseand the long square of ham slapped on-top of iceberg lettuce. I won?t be returning to Cush?s in my lifetime. Read more
