Have to tell them you want freshly cooked food. Other than that they are polite.
Customer service was good, and friendly. Fried fish was a little over cooked and lightly season.
Pulled up & before I could place my order. I was told OUT of Gizzards, NO dark meat & NO Fish. Waste of gas & time.
Drive through was extremely slow. Ordered 10 piece with to sides, and 2 peppers. Got to the house in Gloster, they forgot 1 side... and the peppers. On top of that, out of the 10 pieces of chicken 5 were wings. Read more
I, me, my opinion. I really like this chicken. I like the flavor. The sides, I have tried only the mashed potatoes and white... gravy, green beans and mac and cheese. Not crazy about the mac and cheese. The yeast roles. Yummy!! The employees arealways nice and friendly. The dining room is always clean. Read more

I ordered a family order of tender meal. I let the workers know that I want them fresh. The tenders was very hard and fries... wasn?t even close to being fresh. I got to the second window and I asked the lady that was in the Drive thru was they fresh andshe said yes. So I didn?t check the bag. You will think for the price of the meal that it will be fresh. I have no problem paying for extra sauce, I do at other places with no issues. I just think it's not good business, not to at... least have one sauce come with your dinner, it's really stingy. I guess I won't be back, have no problem with the other 30chicken places around you. Read more
