Fries were so cold and dry, ended up throwing 3 large fries away since the drive back wasn't worth it.
I tried to use a coupon for 2 whopper small size meals for $10.99 yesterday. The "deal" was a coupon from the app. The female... employee in the drive thru told me all the coupon code did was add my name to my order. I suggested she try entering the orderas meals instead of just 2 burgers and 2 fries and then maybe the coupon would work. She told me it would not make a difference.Then another employee told her the same thing and she voided the order and started over. She then asked for the coupon codeagain but the app wouldn't give me a new code because the code was already used when she entered it on the previous voidedorder. I gave her the original code again and of course the register said the code wasn't valid because it had been used on thepreviously voided order. Instead of honoring the discount because SHE messed up she proceeded to tell me, "see, that code isn'tvalid" and had the nerve to ask if I wanted anything else?. Uh, no I wanted the $10.99 deal, thats why I came to therestaurant. I can't, so I just left. I have all the patience in the world for a new employee learning a job. However, she wasnot new and I have zero patience for an employee in a customer service role that lacks customer service skills. The appropriateaction would have been asking for help instead of voiding the order and starting over to prove she was right. Especially sinceshe entered the order wrong on the second attempt as well. That's right, she still entered the order wrong. She entered it as 2whoppers, 2 fries, and 2 drinks for $20.65 (with tax) instead of 2 whopper meals with small fries and small drinks for $18.73(with tax)! ???????? I will drive to Bossier to get my Burger King fix from now on...I will never go to this location again! Read more
Ordered a whopper with cheese. Burger was cold? no cheese? no receipt? the only thing I got was an eye full of the longest red... nails I?ve ever seen? they don?t even have a free style machine? the only good thing is the proximity to the laundromat? just doyourself a favor and drive the extra block and go to Wendy?s. Everything was great. The employees were very nice. Took our order happily. And we sat and ate.
The food was great , the staff were very good as well and the manger was great as well !!! Very clean Burger King.
Me and my lady went there Saturday the June 4th the girl who took our order act like she didn't want to be there. And one side... was toasted of my sandwich the other side wasn't. If you aren't happy with your job find your self something else to do Read more
I will not be getting food from here anymore. I placed an order today on doordash for a double bacon king meal, I got a piece of... meat, with a splash of ketchup and bread. I ordered onion rings, I didn?t get those either. I also waited an hour to get food Icould not eat. There was a burnt mini burger in the bag as well. This is the third time I?ve gotten something crazy from BurgerKing. I don?t have a car so I wasn?t able to get my order replaced. I will say the manager I spoke to was nice about thesituation but at the same time why would you have someone wait an hour and give them garbage. Read more
The employees at this location are very sad people. They do their job but almost as robots. The man preparing the sandwiches was... not wearing protective gloves. Food was decent but some very unfriendly employees. Read more
