My boyfriend and I went in tonight to be greeted by an awfully rude employee. She sighed and rolled her eyes at us, glared every... time a customer came in behind us, and treated us with a ?hurry up? attitude. I work customer service, and I understand peoplehave bad days, but that was inappropriate. Disappointing experience, especially since boyfriend worked there for years. The ice cream was good, but that is all that was good about the experience. We went in around 9:20 which is 40 minutes before... closing according to posted hours. Two people working one waiting on a previous customer and the other behind the counterignoring us. I asked nicely to sample a flavor, which got her attention. The male worker finished up his transaction with theother customer and immediately asked us what we wanted. We were very rushed to make a decision as they had already startedcleaning up for the night and had the ice cream covered. We made a quick decision and without even asking what we both got heassumed we both got a double scoop, and was going to charge us accordingly. As we were walking out the door at 9:25 anothercouple approached the door to which the male worker replied with some not so family friendly words that could be heard as wewere walking out, so I?m sure the other customers heard it too. I would have understood this type of behavior if we had shown upcloser to 10. Either way it was rude and unprofessional. Next time we will go to cold stone. Read more
Was quite busy when we went. The guy helping us seemed super annoyed since the huge family in front of us had to try every... single flavor. When it was our turn he rushed us right up out of there. May try this location again on a "not so busy" night. Read more
